Not having time to go to gym does not have to interrupt your fitness routine or impact your general health and wellbeing.
This group has been established to help you stay positive about your health and wellbeing. Here at Real Vision we're passionate about helping and motivating each other to become healthier, happier, and more energetic through the energising power of our daily zoom exercise classes.
Please join us and we exercise together online. Follow healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle. We meet from Monday to Friday at 5pm through zoom session.
Who are we
Real Vision Community Group has been established to assist men in staying healthy and fit, we’re passionate about helping and motivating our members, especially men, to become healthier and happier through our services and daily zoom exercise classes. We aim to support men to maintain their independence by participating in, supporting, or leading a range of different groups, clubs, and activities.

We encourage a healthy diet and exercises to promote a healthy lifestyle, as regular exercise is essential to maintaining physical and mental health. Our exercise classes have proven to enhance general health and mental well-being while building relationships and creating a sense of belonging.
We also offer professional counselling sessions on mental health awareness and coping strategies, especially at this pandemic, to improve confidence and capabilities, build resilience, and improve coping skills on stress and depression.
Physical activity alone is not enough; Please consider including healthy meals into your routine.
Eating a balanced diet and being physically active are two of the most important things you can do to be and stay healthy at any age. Eating smart and being active have similar effects on our health. These include:
